Agreement & Scope of Service

These Terms govern your use of VFlyTickets for booking economy, premium economy, business, and first-class air travel. By placing a booking, you confirm acceptance as either an individual traveler (B2C) or a professional partner (B2B) under our applicable terms.

Agent Role

VFlyTickets acts solely as a travel agent/intermediary, facilitating bookings with airlines and consolidators. We do not provide travel services directly; airlines and consolidators are responsible for service delivery.

Fare Rules & Availability

Fares are dynamic and guaranteed only upon ticket issuance. All payments, changes, cancellations, refunds, and no-show policies are governed by the airline or consolidator’s fare rules. A $250 admin fee (or as specified) applies to changes or cancellations in addition to airline penalties.

Fare Guarantees

Lowest Fare Guarantee: If you secure a lower fare for the same itinerary within 24 hours post-purchase and provide proof, we will match it and issue a $50 voucher.

Advertised Fare Protection: Should a price change during booking, we will honor the advertised fare (same route, airline, cabin).

Payment Terms

B2C: Full prepayment by card is required before tickets are issued.

B2B: Payment terms are set per contract; non-compliance may suspend service. Transactions are subject to fraud screening, including verification of identity and payment instruments.

Fraud Prevention

VFlyTickets reserves the right to cancel or hold bookings pending verification (e.g., cardholder ID, signed forms). We follow industry-standard compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

All modifications must be requested in writing. Cancellations made fewer than 24 hours before departure may result in no refund. Refunds may take 4–8 weeks and depend on airline policies; applicable admin fees apply.

Travel Documentation & Responsibility

It is the traveler’s duty to obtain valid passports, visas, health certificates, and comply with airline and destination requirements. VFlyTickets is not liable for denied boarding or fees resulting from inadequate documentation.

Check-in & Baggage

Travelers must check in (online or at airport) according to airline rules, ideally 72 hours before departure. Baggage and seat assignments depend on airline fare class and policies.

Disclaimers & Liability

VFlyTickets is not responsible for airline-related delays, cancellations, lost baggage, or in-flight services. Liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid to us for the booking.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Please contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks on non-refundable services may result in penalties or ticket cancellations.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

All disputes are resolved via binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Small claims court remains an option. Opt-out within 30 days of purchase by notifying support. Class action claims are explicitly prohibited.

Add-on Services

Optional services (e.g., travel insurance, priority support, price-drop protection) are clearly labeled. These may have separate, non-refundable terms, which apply if purchased.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including acts of nature, government actions, terrorism, strikes, health emergencies, pandemics, or similar.

Modifications to Terms

VFlyTickets may revise these Terms at any time; changes apply to new bookings after publication. Continued use equals acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Severability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
